Production Plan

Unitile has facilities in Morbi, a big place for making ceramics in Asia. The plants cover 60 acres and use both Chinese and Italian machines, making more than 40,000 square meters every day

At Unitile, we specialize in making just the right-sized porcelain. We have two sets of machines, including 2 Sacmi Kilns, 4 Sacmi Presses, and 2 Keda Polishing lines. Over 300 people work at this plant. Unitile Mosaics focuses on creating different sizes and shapes of mosaic tiles. About 150 employees work there, using Sacmi machines for pressing and firing the tiles.

At Unitile, health and safety officers work all day to make sure everyone stays safe. They follow the best practices and regularly check that all employees are safe. We also hold workshops to teach our employees about staying safe at work.
